Shifts - Rotational Shifts

   ·    Qualification: B.E/B.Tech /ME/ Mtech,B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com.

Job Description

- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.

- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.

- Provide accurate , valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

- Handle customer complaints ,provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.

- Keep records of customer interactions , process customer accounts and file documents.

- Follow communication procedures ,guidelines and policies .

Laptop or Desktop with minimum Core i3 gen 7 processor

RAM - 8 GB or above

Genuine Windows 10 or 11

Minimum 20 MBPS Internet Speed (Broadband connection)
